This link lists Andy Fernandez, with the same address as is on the CPA license page, as the agent for service of process for HL Leasing, Inc.

Andy Fernandez has been listed as a director of HL Leasing, as a Controller of HL Leasing, as Chairman of Manufacturers Acceptance Corporation dba Heritage Leasing, and as CFO of HL Leasing, Inc. (in a document he apparently signed which withdrew HL's authority to transact business in Florida on 2/4/09)

Is he related to Fred Fernandez, who is listed as "Corporate Support" for Heritage Pacific Leasing's Texas Office?  One anonymous post says they are unrelated.
